Hey everyone!
As you probably all know, it is almost time for the 7th Harry Potter book (is anyone else having a hard time actually calling it Deathly Hallows? I've been reading these books for half my life, so I've always known it as the "7th book".) Anyway, I'm looking for recipes for Harry Potter related food, specifically butter beer, to keep me going during the read-a-thon. I've found several recipes on the internet, but would like others' opinions on which one's actually taste good. Also, any other recipes that would be good to have that night?

Do you think that women should be the ones primarily raising the kids while the father makes the money? I realize I'm posting this in feminist country, but I want your take.

Women have different roles than men. That doesn't make them any less important or more important. Just different. It's just how it is. Women are chosen to give birth and to breast-feed. Men don't have that attachment.

I'm not saying women are not allowed to work. You can do whatever you want. I'm just saying that to have a successful marriage, I think men and women need to stick to the roles that God has made for us (or evolution, if that's what you believe...probably a more preferable choice by the feminists).

What's your take?

I mean i heard a few people say they have hacked cards and they sell them for half price... i wonder like how do u do it? its a computer program or a scanner thing or what? can this work for all gift cards or only wal-marts.

I have 73 Chevy Vega, and it doesn't seem to be running well. I think it needs oil, but I can't find the dipstick. Also, I don't know what kind of oil it should have.
I had someone look at it recently, and he said it needed some work on the radiator, including a new heating core. However, he couldn't to the areas of the engine that needed work without breaking other parts.
Can anyone tell me how to check the oil and how much I should put in? Also, any other advice about a 73 Vega is greatly appreciated :)

The death penalty assumes an infallibility of judgement within any system that has it and I want to know if we are compfortable with a certain percentage of people wrongly convicted facing some of the horrors of our penal system. Compared to developing nations we have good prisons etc. but by a higher standard of effectiveness, humanity and deterence to which the rest of the devoloped world holds itself we may rightly be seen as barbaric and authoritarian.
There may be some flaws in the methodology with the approach detailed in the article submitted but the question it raises should be more thoroughly researched. Given the lower violent crime rate in EU and other developed countries we need to re-examine the whole "tough on crime" approach that seems to have bloated our prisons, created whole sub-classes of gangs and institutionalized recidivists on a whole sale basis while raising taxes with lower returns in human terms

This is a question for all you experienced rose-handlers, out there.

It's been so wet in Oklahoma this year, that BOTH of my roses, a baby Footloose, and a three year old Fragrant Cloud, have black-spot. The Footloose I managed to catch early, but...the Fragrant Cloud is about a fourth yellowed leaves, by now, and I'm frantic to save them.

I've put grass around their bases, and I'm spraying them about every....6 to 8 days, with Spectracide Immunox 3-in-one; they're on their second treatment, and I can't tell if its helping.

Does anyone have ANY ADVICE?

((The Fragrant cloud is a Hybrid Tea-Rose, the Footloose is a Ground-cover/Shrub type Rose.))
