when i go to adobe photoshop i have to buy it to do anything on it

Delete it through Add Remove Programs.

Yes you can. You can delete any program on your computer unless it is tied into Windows itself which would cause you're computer to not function properly because you would probably delete some system files that windows needs to run.
Adobe photoshop is not tied in to windows. Go to your start menu, then go to add remove programs. Then click on the first box that says change or remove programs. Then select Photoshop from the list of programs. Click the program and then click remove. Don't worry, it won't hurt anything.

Start - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs then when the list of programs comes up click in Adobe Photoshop and Remove. (Of you are using Vista, the Uninstall button is actually above the list)

yes, go to my computer>add or remove programs, and the list of everything you have installed pops up just highlight it and click remove, this will start the unistallation/removal process
