When we see a queue we join it regardless of what it's for, then we complain to other people in the queue about the length of time we've been standing there, but when we get to the front of the queue we don't complain, but rather, we thank the person who's eventually bothered to serve us and we go on our merry way.
Sounds stupid but I love it
