My roommate and I own our house. I did not have the credit to secure the loan, but my roommate did. I, on the other hand put down $42,000 on the house that cost $129,000. He invites people to stay here and I disagree with that. I might conceed that I only own half of the home by the deed, but do I have the right to say who stays here? I do not pay the mortgage since I am not on the note, but without my substantial down payment, he would not have qualified for the loan. Both of our names are on the deed and in addition to the down payment on the property, I paid off his debts including his car. I pay all utilities and he pays the mortgage.

I do not want him to invite people to live here to "get themselves on their feet" in order to live in the city we live in. One is his brother and the other is a girlfriend. I did not sign up for that crap. I bought a home with one other person and do not want anyone else to live here.

Any advice?

I'm already a cheerleader at my high school but now we are adding tumbling to the mix. We are going to be taking an hour long class twice a week as a team. We will be doing this for 8 weeks. I have no tumbling experience at all, (no cartwheel, no handstand, etc.) I can kind of do a back bend and I can do the splits. My question is, with those circumstances, what do you think I can accomplish in those 8 weeks. Specifics are appreciated. Also, how long do you think it will take for me to get a back handspring, backtuck, full, etc.? I know, take it one thing at a time but still, I want to know.

and i was looking at him and then he looked at my window and turned his head to look back more lol so im pretty sure he saw me

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder back in October of 2002. I was denied employment once based on my psychiatric history back in December of 2006. Is there anyway I could receive some sort of disability from Social Security? IF so how do I go about attaining it.

Please Help Me, i'm trying to connect my gamepad with a serial plug into a usb port via serial to usb adapter and it dosent reconize the controler, can anyone suggest some software so that I can use my controller. i have tried installing the drivers but they dont work(too old) i am running win. xp, and have no info on the adapter manufacture. please only intelegent answers only. thanks any suggestions will be helpfull. i really dont want to buy another controler when i have one right here.

The blower unit in my home is installed such that the heat exchanger coil unit is on the suction side of the blower rather than the pressure side.

In this configuration I've noticed it does not seem to remove much if any moisture from the air, (based on little if any change in interior relative humidity.) Very little water if any at all (and rusty at that) comes out of the drain tube since air is being sucked into the unit through the drain tube rather than being blown out along with the water as is the customary installation I am familiar with.

The way I figure it is most of the condensate is evaporating back into the air stream and is reintroduced into the house. right now 28% RH indoors, no condensate.

I am in AZ, does this type of install have anything to do with the typical low humidity of the region or was the installer (likely the original DIY owner of the home) not thinking straight? Is it ok as is or do I need to have it "fixed" It's now 8 or 9 years old.

I live in NC and i have this horrible, hard, red clay dirt in my yard. i want to plant sun loving annuals b/c i have full sun in the front. do i need to soften the soil or put lots of planting soil on top of it and plant my flowers in that? hurry, i already bought flowers and i need to plant them before they die:)
