I know that satellites have revealed virtually everything on our planet, but are there still places on the earth that have yet to be seen by humans? It’s rather quite sad knowing that the earth has been completely exposed. I’m sure it was exciting for the explorers who were able to discover new territories, and for the pioneers of this country, during the early 1800’s, who were able to discover the immensity of the North American continent. It’s like playing Sid Meier’s Civilization. In the beginning of the game, you’re able to uncover new lands that are different every time you create a new scenario, but towards the end of the game, when all the world has been exposed, you lose interest because the game becomes monotonous. Kind of like… our planet.

The car is going to be used. Think 2000 - 2003. the accord coupe is a 2003. Mustangs are my favorite, but their gas mileage isn't that great.

(Ok the funniest thing about this is that they wanted to put this in the Society & Culture > Cultures & Groups > Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered category)

Help! Is it possible to get a new mortgage with a tax lien on credit file?

We make over $300k a year and are coming out of a financial mess we got in w/a bad real estate market in Colorado. We are back on our feet and credit scores are coming up, no debt etc.

We are ready for new home purchase but now have the tax lien on our credit file.

Is there anyway we can get the tax lien rolled into a new mortgage? If yes, how do we find a lender who will do this? Our income is 100% verifiable and we are already living in the house. The owner let us do an extended close to end of October.

We need to get this done asap!

Thanks!
Josh

Its called "pretentious" but it should be called ridiculous! WHY do "upscale" restaurants charge their customers SO much when all they serve are little itty bitty portions of food that are hardly even visible on your plate?!

I know this girl thats really dumb. She literally has the IQ of a 12 year old and she's over 25, but she is extremly attractive. I think she's dyslexic, but Im not sure. Men sleep with her, but never date her. Would you engage in a one night stand with a really really attractive person, even if they were borderline retarded?

We own two homes, both work, and have two kids. We are getting killed come tax season and it seems there should be some tax advantages - but we aren't seeing them.

I am not trying to come off as a b*tch, but I would really like to know. Since you do not believe in God, nor do you seem to want to learn about Him, why come into a religion based board?

Are you just trying to p*ss off Christians? If so, I'm sorry, but that's a little immature. I had friends in high school who did that. Perhaps you are high-schoolers, but I find that hard to believe b/c the majority of you write well and do not seem illiterate about the real world.

My boyfriend is an Agnostic and he would NEVER come in here to discuss religion with people. He doesn't care what other people believe. Why do you?

I would really like it if you gave me a REAL answer to my question, not some stupid, sarcastic remark. I'm a very open-minded person and would really like to know what is going on in your mind. Thanks for your time. ;)

Should each day of the week be set up for a different topic?
This way we wouldn't be stuck in front of a tube waiting for an appropriate query rather than reading a lot of repeats. That way it would free us up from the hit and miss trajectory.
Saturday would be a free for all silliness day, just because it is the weekend.
Think Yahoo would sponsor it?

The GOP impeached Clinton, not for sex, but for lying to a grand jury about it. So why are some Republicans calling for Libby to be pardoned because he was "only" convicted of lying to a grand jury, not of a crime the grand jury was investigating? What's the difference?
