I have been working for the State of Michigan for over a year now, and I am not needed any more and will be loosing my job next week. My question is will I be eligable for unemployment because I only worked part time in the fall and winter due to my crazy college schedule. I was full time last summer, and also I have been full time since I was done with classes in early may.

Likely not, as the formula for unemployment is generally that you have to have worked the past 18 months full time or been available to be employed full time.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained, you can try filing for unemployment, but don't count on it.
