My dad's car was hit by a postal carrier's van and caused $800 of damage to it. When we tried to make a claim against the post office, they wrote a letter saying that they did not find themselves legally obligated to pay us anything. They told us we could pursue this matter in federal district court, but that would require spending more money on lawyers as well as time, which would result in more than the settlement. This is we want to settle the matter in small claims court, but we are unsure as to whether one can sue a federal institution for damages in small claims court. Any advise would be helpful.

I have a dog who is only a puppy and i dont know what she is..... She inbetween a color of brown and blonde, she has a wrinkly face, she has white fur on her toes and some on her chest. Her ears are kinda of like a labradors, maybe a little longer? and i guess thats about it. i wish i could post a pictureof her. any idea of what she is?

Off life? I mean seriously I do enjoy getting high off weed and liqour and alcohol as well as painkillers from time to time but I know I'm probably hurting people who care about me. What's a good way to stop getting high? I mean is it really wrong to get high? Would it be better to get high off of life? These are somethings I ask myself daily.

Apparently our fish is a dark red mixed with signs of blue, he also has red fins. But a while ago he turned a slight dark orange? And not ony that but by his pectoral fin there's this huge bulb looking thing appearing and it's rough and almost looks like a patch of eggs beneath him. But they're the same color he is now. It's really weird and beginnning to worry. does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Well, I had to give 0 to one of my girls because the stupid retard sitting next to her decided to copy 3/4 of her exam. Go tell her that it doesn't matter. Tell her that with a straight face while she's crying her eyes out...

I wanna take a trip out to Orlando Florida with my sister and I want to stay in a decent hotel but not too expensive cause I want to spend most of my money going places or shopping. Any suggestions? I'm willing to spend about $100 a day for a room...but I would love to pay less.

I am planning my wedding but I don't have a wedding ring yet. It's already picked out, we just haven't brought it home yet. I never made an official, "I am engaged" announcement.
