how come a lot of the christians that answered said really mean things like 'but namely the deafening of your own cold, black coal hearts'and 'Show some backbone', i didn't ask to be mean, i was just saying how i find it hard when people use bible quotes, and they started accusing me of being blackhearted, and besides, i thought it was the christian faith that tells us not to be judgemental, so why did they just judge me like that without even knowing me

What did offend you? I tried to look it up, but I did not find what you are upset about! I am not in your place, maybe that is why I couldn't find it.

Would you be able to post the link to those answers that offended you! No one is perfect, and it is not a good rule to generalize all the Christians if some did offend you. Just a thought. In any way hope you feel better.

No one has the right to judge nor insult other people, but have you looked around this site. Sadly, many are belittling them, their faith, Jesus, and anything that comes to their mind. Sadly, it is becoming like sport.

This quote was from you. You may not think it was insulting to them, but those who believe in Jesus, will find it very offending. I just wanted to bring it to your attention, because you may not have notice how things may come out to others.

"good for you, i hope you get a lot of money for them, or if not, use them to get ownership of all the churches in the world and auction all of the churches off to celebrities, you'll get more from that than Jesus's lungs, cos the only people who'll believe you are dumb christians and suckers like me "

That was a question about how much would that person get for Jesus's lung!
would you think that was a nice question?

I am sorry you feel so bad, hope you feel better. Just ignor those who makes you feel uncomfortable. We must respect one another no matter what is our beliefs.

Honey I went back and looked at some of the questions you asked and would like to add my 2 cents in here, alot of christians become weary of the attacks on our faith and beliefs...I qoute the Bible because of the wisdom God has taught me. It is a bit confusing if you are not a believer because it is spiritual. as far as the people who have attacked you, they are the ones who should realize that Jesus would not have approved of the way they acted because he never condemned anyone. He walked in love at all times, even when he was angry at the evil he hated the sin not the sinner...if you want to know God I have found it is very hard to do so going thru christians or any humans which are this way because they are humans. as to your medium question, I have found that there are familar spirits that do have the answers because they can go thru time and get all the answers, this doesnt mean that they are right about anything dealing with the future for it is by your words that make your future and although some people can see the future on some things, it can be changed..so please know not all christians are people of bad answers. God believes in you even if you dont in him, and he loves you regardless of if you love him. so I hope it helps, I have found most christians that are judmental are also religious...and the word religion means back to bondage...the majority of people who read the Bible dont have any idea what alot of the words in it really means and then they take it out of context and make it mean what they want...which is so wrong...the word is full of wisdom and some great pointers on how to get thru this life...anyone who is judgeing anything is only judgeing themselves for there is no attacking in love and that is what the Bible is all about....hope it helps

The other question I read of yours was rather - in your face -
"so explain that to me!" or something of the sort.

Maybe they are also remembering your last words.

I'm Pagan and found that in my life outside the little box I am typing into, I get 'judged' all the time. Even at Pro-life groups and places I'd love to be and get to know poeple.

Don't let it get to you too much. I had stood up for myself to a 'clone' here once and got yelled at by a million different people for it. Then I obsessed about it for a month. It was miserable. Then I realised they can't hurt me here, they only know my first name.

Christians say they don't judge people, but most do - not all, but a lot.

Quite!
Let those without sin cast the first stone!

-sorry, I just find it funny to quote the Bible as you can find a saying in it that can relate to every single thing thing in life! Perhaps that's why people quote it so much. Many everyday phrases originate in the bible.

Did you know that EVERYTHING in the Bible is contradicted except one thing....love.

You are a greater person for having asked the question than those who put you down for asking it!

Keep the faith! (Whatever your faith is!)

each so often I start to respond to a query that has no solutions yet. If the question is approximately a thank you to do something in YA communities classification, i admire to benefit to make confident the stairs I provide in my answer are ultimate. while i ultimately positioned up my answer, there would be numerous already published. some are even such as my solutions. a number of the earliest solutions are basically some sketchy words that don't relatively help. frequently if the Asker chooses the appropriate answer, it relatively is one with greater precise comprehensible training. If it is going to balloting, any of the solutions would be chosen as appropriate. desire it relatively is wise to you.

Hello Daferdaty don't let these people up set you. They are not Christians they cant answer a question, they can only quote from the bible. When you ask a question and see all the quotes don't read the answer
if you feel it will upset you.

I think you were right to ask that question. I am horrified that people actually said mean things to you. Do not pay attention to them! Before I became a christian, if anyone had quoted verses from the Bible at me, I would have thought they were talking another language.

I only really started to understand the Bible when I asked Jesus into my Heart!

Sheila's right. You are the bigger person for asking the question!

Sorry, I don't know what you last question was, but it's never OK to put a person down or judge them in the Christian faith. If you feel someone did, I will apologize on behalf of the Christian body. :)

not everyone is sensible

for instance
'the deafening of your own cold, black coal heart'
Just means that your heart is not open that is why you dont understand, its like a poem the bible sometimes , poems are not understanble either by everone.

my 2 cents.

hey, do not be shaken by what others said about you or your questions, as long as you know God loves you and do not condemn you. In fact He has a very high opinion of you.....provided you are already a child of God.
If not....i have no comment..except He still loves you and waiting for you to make that decision.
