The price of oil would soar, probably to well over $100/barrel. The price of gasoline would go to over $5/gallon in the US, more elsewhere. The cost of everything we buy would skyrocket.

It doesn't matter how much various countries specifically import from Iran. The oil market is a world market and removing Iranian oil would affect every oil importing country.

Millions of people would lose their jobs. Others couldn't afford to drive to them. People would be going hungry.

A much better idea is to start a major program to develop alternative sources of energy, and cause the oil price to collapse. When OPEC first tried to raise oil prices the US did exactly that, and the price fell. Unfortunately, we then cancelled the programs.

ok so like a couple of weeks ago i asked a question on who are some heros for a 10th grade project. and instead of answering on yahoo answers he emailed me. in the email he asked if i still needed help on that heros project. i didnt email him back. that same day he emailed again and he asked in that email if id give him my aim screenname so we could talk about it on there. do you think thats odd. do think he could be a child melester. what should i do? i mean it was a little weird. you. am i just over reacting?

i am pregnant with my bf's baby and i care for him and all but i find myself comparing him to ex bf. he was my first love and the only reason we broke up was because he was having a hard time within his family and couldn't confide in me for fear of embarassment (huge problem) but he confided in my best friend and ended up kissing her. we still both love eachother and have talked recently via myspace and he wants to get back together...but i have a bf that i like but don't love but he claims to love me. he never lied to me he straight up told me exactly what happened immidietly...but i still can't trust him for some reason. what should i do?

Just curious because my cuz is in the airforce and told me she is tired of it and doesn't want to be there anymore. She is gay and told me that if she admits it they will let her go. IS this true? It just seems too easy. If that were the case, wouldn't everyone say they were gay so they wouldn't have to go to war? I know I would, lol. Does anybody know of someone getting discharged because of sexual orientation? I know it's "don't ask, don't tell" but what if you tell willing?

I just adopted a 2 month old kitten and she was fine very active. She is just learning how to jump so her landing is not the best. Anyway she tried jumping from the steps ad must of missed and now limping on her back left leg. She seems like she puts presure on it but then sits back down. I tried to feel the leg but it hurts her when I touch it. I called my vet still waiting for someone to call me back. What should I do?
