You do not mention what browser you use. However, if you are using Internet Explorer, I would dump it and use Firefox or Opera. They are far more secure than Internet Explorer and are less prone to infection: -

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

http://www.opera.com/

Also, download and install the following: -

Also download and install Google's Toolbar. IME, it is the best pop-up blocker out there. Ensure that you disable everything else. Play around with the options.

Then perform the following, from ATF Cleaner to AVG. Installing Windows Updates is optional

NOTE: Only ever install ONE anti-virus scanner at one time: -

If you are still experiencing problems, then post a HijackThis log at the forum at Geeksto go in the aforementioned link. Full instructions on how to do so are in the following link: -

Hope this helps.

Unfortunately about the only thing you can do is update your blocker. Every time pop-up blockers are updated, the people creating pop-up ads find a new way to get through them.

It's a vicious cycle.

check if ur pop up blocker is enabled on ur internet browser. If ur using IE, switch to Firefox. It has a very good pop up blocker, is faster, more reliable, and more secure.

also run a scan on ur computer because the ads might have installed themselves on ur computer.
