Mine is Black, and I always will get a black car

My new kitten is a ferile cat, who I am fostering/possibly keeping. She had diarrhea when I first got her from milk feeding. Now she has diarrhea again, wih blood in it, I think it could be from switching her dry food to a different dry food.

Is it possible this switch of food could cause bloody diarrhea?

Is it possible it is something worse like Coccidia, or not because the diarrhea has stopped once before?

My contract will end this Sunday (June 24). I have yet to get news form my company whether they'll renew my contract or not. Or maybe they're waiting for me to ask or something? I don't know.

So a friend of my mum's has a job offer (receptionist, to be exact), which is way below the job that I have right now (sub editor). And the pay is far less appealing.

Should I take the risk of turning down the receptionist post and continue with this editor job (despite not knowing about the contract renewal thing, but I will ask soon).

Problem is, my mum's friend wants an URGENT answer right now. Do you think I should call up my Chief Editor and ask him about the future of my career with them now, or do I say "yes" to the receptionist offer?

My Quaker Parret got his foot caught in between the bars of his cage while I was at work. There is blood all over his cage. I am not sure if he was trying to bite the bars or bite his foot to get it loose. There is alot of blood. He is acting really wierd, not talking or flying. Thanks for taking a look at my question. This has been puzzling me for days. I need a formula to plug three numbers in to. Let's say X, Y, and Z, where X > Y, but either X or Y may be positive or negative. The third variable, Z, falls somewhere between X and Y.

I need a formula to figure where, in percentage-point terms, Z falls between X and Y. For example, if X = -100, Y = +100, and Z = 0, then the result would be 50. Keep in mind that this needs to work when X and/or Y are positive and/or negative.
