I am 12 years old and I know how to program. I want to work on a GNU project but I'm not sure that it's legal.

I know that I can legally program but in part 2.2 of http://www.gnu.org/prep/standards/standards.html it says "Each person who makes a nontrivial contribution to a program must sign some sort of legal papers....."

I doubt if it's legal for me to sign legal papers.

So is it legal for me to sign the legal papers?
If not is there any other way that I could work on a project with other programmers (preferably a GNU one)? Because I know that the best way for me to get better at programming is to work with people who have been programmers for a long time and are good at it.

I have been weight lifting for a bout 2 years and eat a lot. I do not do cardio. what is the best and easiest cardio plan? I thought about running but i unfortunately am a smoker (trying to quit) so running is hard for me. I would hate for all my effort in my weight training to be wasted do to storage of fat esspecially around my chest and abdominals. The muscle is there but hidden by annoying fat. I was told if i wanted to gain mass to eat eat eat and lift a lot of weights without doing any cardio but now it seems that i've gotten bigger and more muscular but my chest and abdominal area is lagging do to fat.what is the best solution to this problem?

Technically, we are not together. But you can consider us together (a lot of people do). We both like eachother, but I told him I don't want to go out with anyone now. We are also best friends and he is always hugging me and we always tell eachother how much we love eachother. He told my sister on aim that he thinks I am the 1st girl he has actually really loved and cared for a lot. But when we hug, he makes it fast like he's nervous. So on the last day of school, I made our hugs much longer. I am helping him into the right direction and giving him time to get used to it, but I don't want to be pushy either. What should I do?

What are the factors to consider in choosing between these 2 forms of B6? My multi-vitamin has 40mg of B6 as pyrioxine hydrochloride. The B-complex that i might start taking has 10mg of B6 from p-5-p.

We were at a party in a private community that got busted. As we were getting into our car, the police stopped and asked us if we lived there. My friend answered no, and we then had to be picked up by our parents, since we are under 18. We are in the State of Florida. Is really a law or were the police just trying to get us in trouble. No one had been drinking and no illegal substances were on us or in the car.

Gun control makes criminals feel safer and increases crime, out of control taxes eventually implode an economy and destroy businesses; which give you jobs and everything you own, islamists hate everything about liberal beliefs, and if they immigrated in big numbers they'd be sure to behead everyone with liberal beliefs (homosexuals, abortionists, ect.)

Having that many facts against my beliefs would drive me crazy, how do you do it?

i have this bf that i think i need to let go becuz im not happy. i care dearly for him becuz we did at one time have something special, so i thought. well he has a double life. he hasnt introduced me to his kids and he still wears his wedding band around his neck, even though she left 3 yrs ago. he got a phone call today from a woman and i asked who it was and he said his childs mother. this is the first i heard of this. he has 3 other kids that live with him. he smokes weed every day and he hardly ever takes me out. i never see him on the weekends and he gets upset when i complain. i never met his mother and he has not helped me at all but he did give me something for my birthday. normally he comes to my house at night cuz we work together. so after work he comes over. well not tonite. he hasnt called or said nothing. then he has flirted with girls in the past. i kind of dont trust him and i think he might be just using me. plz help cuz i did care for him. what would you do?
