well the have little foam crates of it at walmart.
i stick that stuff in coke bottles and pour water in it close the top and throw it it will explode makes a good subsitute for m80s wich are illegal in some states. u can also use it to make hame made soda

many grocery stores carry it... usually back in the seafood department. You have to ask for it, and they will get it out of a cooler. I pay about $1.50 / pound.
