Technically, we are not together. But you can consider us together (a lot of people do). We both like eachother, but I told him I don't want to go out with anyone now. We are also best friends and he is always hugging me and we always tell eachother how much we love eachother. He told my sister on aim that he thinks I am the 1st girl he has actually really loved and cared for a lot. But when we hug, he makes it fast like he's nervous. So on the last day of school, I made our hugs much longer. I am helping him into the right direction and giving him time to get used to it, but I don't want to be pushy either. What should I do?

Go with what you're doing. Just wait until you are both old enough to date.

helping him out with the longer hugs thing i think is a step in the right direction. i myself like my friend and we both know it and she knows im inexperienced wen it comes to girls. i would sure like a little help from the girl. just keep doing what your doing and keep it subtle. dont do everything for him though.

You're already doing the right thing...except TELL him this: "I've waited the whole time since our last hug just to hold onto you. Let's hold each other for as long as we can to make it count!" He'l love it and feel really wanted!

You're doing things right. Slow and easy. Try and get a peck on the cheek in here and there and go for the mouth once in a while until he gets more confident and you feel it is right to go longer.

He'll get over it. I think you should go out with him. What are you waiting for? Another girl to come along and try to take him? Most of the time girls when girls say "I don't want to go out with anyone right now" they mean "I don't want to go out with YOU". So he might think that you don't like him and never want to go out with him. Maybe he will take it literally if he's inexperienced, but don't count on it. I would say that you should cuddle with him, but that requires you to be going out first. Good night!

is "hugs" a euphamism? Well, anyways, it sounds like you are younger- and thats fine. I think just keep doing what you are doing and eventually he'll get it and be more comfortable around you. Best of Luck.

just try to ease him in.. most of the time you wont come off as pushy but try and encourage him to try this or try that and dont do this all the time.. just try every once in a while.. he will hopefully get the picture and see what you are trying to help..

Pull his pants off and play with his naughty parts. That should send the right message.

huggin 4 a moment longer wont help....give him time to get comfortable with the relationship...spend more time together....try to get closer emotionally, by listenin to his tlks, though a grt bore it may be....emotional closeness wil automaticaly make him more confident about your relationship.....
