im 6'2 girl and i weight about 190
it was 180 but since i started to lift i gained 10 pounds
ppl say i look really healthy and athletic
i play all kinds of sports
so um, is it in good ratio? 6'2 and 190lbs for a girl?

Starting a very small self publishing business, any advice?

I am trying to start a self publishing business and would like some practical advice. I would like to sell a self help guide I have written from my work experience. Any tips on printing, shipping or anything that will help me start off right would be appreciated. I don't plan on becoming rich I just want to supplement my income now that I am retired.

dj speakers?

i have an amp that plays in stereo at 8ohms at 300 watts per channel now i have two 15's that are 400watts and are 4ohms what do i have to do?? do i connect them like any other speaker or do i "wire" them <

My Chevrolet Impala is kicking hard when it changes gears at medium temperature? transmition problem? help!?

When I first start my automatic 2000 Chevrolet Impala it shifts smoothly but as it reaches a higher temperature (right in the middle between hot and cold) it starts to kick as if the whole transmition is going to falt out. It seem to start after I got my transmition flushed. Would that have anything to do with it? I am worried and have to take it to get fixed tomorrow.... I just wanted some ideas of what the problem could be. Let me know if I need to add anymore details... thanks
