im 6'2 girl and i weight about 190
it was 180 but since i started to lift i gained 10 pounds
ppl say i look really healthy and athletic
i play all kinds of sports
so um, is it in good ratio? 6'2 and 190lbs for a girl?

Your BMI is 24.4, which is on the high end of the healthy range. However, since you are athletic and lift weights, you probably have a lot of muscle, in which case your weight is perfect :-).

You sound just fine. By the way muscles always weighs more than fat. If you get the same amount of muscle and the same amount of fat the muscle will always weigh more, that is why when most people start to strength train they gain weight but loose inches. If you like the way your body looks then who cares what your scale says; numbers only have meaning if you give them meaning. Good luck.

Well it's supposed to be for every inch over 5ft you are supposed to be 5 lbs more like if you are 5'5'' you should be 125. If you are 6'2 you should be 170. But if it's not all fat, like you say it's not you should be ok, you seem healthy.

That sounds fine. You could probably gain more and look great. Can you dunk lol? I would love to be 6'2''.

The best thing to do is ask your docotor. BMI charts do not really figure in for muscle weight.
