i'm asian. I figure that i barely eat about 10g fat a day, most of it unsaturated. this has been my diet for almost a year. and since i'm weight conscious, i usually eat about 1200kcal or less a day. on top of that, i do jogging when i feel i've eaten too much, about 3km a day.
i'm now 166cm , 51kg. You might think it's OK, and in fact most of my friends do. but i have a chubby face and it only looks slimmer when i was below 50kg, so i'm still trying to lose weight. (and because i have a small frame i absolutely don't look as thin as you think)
i'm frustrated that others eat a lot more than me yet they at least keep their weight. i eat SO carefully but can barely keep my weight from going up.
so what do you think? don't tell me it's genetic.
