I don't know about buying them, but they were introduced to your state almost 100 years ago and are established in a number of lakes. If you're looking to stock a lake/pond of your own, or want to keep some in an aquarium, it may be easier (not to mention cheaper) to catch a few of your own and transport them in a bait bucket or cooler. I'd advise checking with your states agency for fishing regulations - they should be able to tell you if you would need anything beyond a fishing license to do this, plus they should have info on what bodies of water have them.
