Do you know if you're a fool?

We just filled our above ground pool (15'x42"). No where in the manuals does it have a chart or anything to go by for adding the chemicals. I bought a gallon of bleach, a box of borax, and a 4lb box of baking soda. Can anyone tell me..do I add the whole gallon for the first time? Do I need to add borax or baking soda? here are my levels from the test kit

total hardness: 400
free chlorine: 0/0
pH: 8.4
Total alkalinity: 240(maybe little higher as it looks slightly darker, but the highest color is 240)
CYA: is between 30-50 and 100.

Hello,
I need to lose weight, I am a little less being Obese as per my body mass index, as of now i fall under over weight category. I am not following any diet or exercise as of now due to my work. I generally sleep around 3am get up around 10am. As an Indian my food includes boiled rice with a curry.
Smoking : No , Drinking : once in 3 weeks or so. , Non veg : Only chicken.

I am 21yrs old, 90kgs, height 6'3'', waist: 38.5 , I dont look fat, but look huge and bulky. I got a tummy and love locks bulged.
I got little bulged out cheekes, and a little double chin.

Kindly suggest me a good plan, excersise tips, and approx time I would lose weight if I followed your guidelines.

I got my 2 bottom wisdom teeth pulled out last wed.. I have a Mug (root beer) and Vanilla Coke here and I'm wondering if I should drink one, considering they stitched up my gums with dissolving stitches. Would the stitches dissolve to fast and not allow my gums to heal completely?

Also: one of my stitches completely disappeared last night, and others here on Y Answers said it's because I chewed more on that side. Would the soda infect my gums? (I'm taking 3 amoxycillin a day)

I live in Alabama and my husband has just been diagnosed with heart failure. He has weak and missing teeth and that makes it difficult for him to eat the vegetables and fruits that he should include in his diet. Due to his medical condition he is unable to take ibuprofen for the pain that his teeth cause.If anyone could tell us how he can get the dental care that he is in dire need of we would greatly appreciate it.Or if you can suggest a method of pain relief that would not be harmful to a man with congestive heart failure , that would be helpful. i stopped my cardio about 1.5 weeks ago (due to work) along with weight lifting, and im still losing weight for some reason..i eat the same as when i exercised..how is it that im still losing this weight?
