i stopped my cardio about 1.5 weeks ago (due to work) along with weight lifting, and im still losing weight for some reason..i eat the same as when i exercised..how is it that im still losing this weight?

..i had been exercising for about 6-7 weeks before i took the break as stated above.

Your losing your muscle mass

you start losing muscle after 48 hours of not working them out

those body builders you see in magazines and on tv spend as much as 4o hours in the gym working out otherwise they would get smaller. be careful friend dont over do it
