I've got a lot of allergies. Beginning to think my body is quite fragile.

I'm allergic to:
Latex (which has cross reactivity that causes other allergies)
Fruit and some vegetables
Tree pollen
Sulfa
Nickel

And I found out the hard way that I'm allergic to another medication now. Goody.

OK - As someone with combat experience - I say lets put the Plantation Boy Democrat, John Edwards in Charge of military operations in Iraq. Assume:
100k 1099 Income (consulting)
50k Salary paid to employee owner
25k in eligible deductions/write offs
Leaves 25k to be distributed to shareholders (me)
Do I get taxed on that 25k if I don't take it out of the business? If I do take a distribution, what is the tax rate?

While on patrol, if a vehicle is run through the secretary of state (or DMV), and the registered owner comes back with a suspended license, or even a warrant, and the description matches that of the current driver, is this not probable cause to initiate a traffic stop? (With no other traffic violations) I could have sworn that this was legal from my academy days, but all of the old dogs are telling me that it is not a legal stop in Michigan. Either way, does anyone have any case law saying one way or the other?

My friend lies a lot,(were not realy even best friends anymore because of lying) especially about this one boy, but we have proof that she was lying and she even admitted to it, but the lying gets so annoying, because thats all she does, and everyone knows she lies. or maybe shes just "acting" like shes done when she has been pretending to be friends with someone. what should i do? because this is just getting rediculouse now?

U= (4,5) u (5,6) <---- i dont quite what this is talking about
and that lim f(x)= L
x->5

why would these statements be not true?
I) if L >0 , then f(x) > o on U
III) If L= 0, then f(x)= 0 on U

but this would be true :
II) If f(x) > 0 on U, then L >/ 0

Yknow, he's definitely not having a banner night but I respect him. He might not make it now, but he has potential to be something really good. He's a humble, good, inspiring team player and if given the right role players, his team can actually be the one to beat. It's easy to forget that the Spurs at one time were a perennial lottery team just like his, until they got Duncan and Popovich. While he has not brought Cleveland a championship in the second year in the league like Duncan, he lifted them higher than they would have ever been given the fact that the balance of the team was mediocre. He didn't ask for the media to crown him "the next MJ" neither did he ask for people to do what they're doing. If anything, he's a victim of the hype machine that is paying him. He's got that killer instinct and that drive to succeed and that is why he is going to make something of himself.
