by christian standards, are they allowed to remarry, or must they remain single. I'm looking for answers to both males and females, because the bible does treat them differently. Can anyone answer this?

Also, if they are not allowed to remarry, does god forgive them if they do, or are they living in sin and violation of god's law?

I had a very wealthy boyfriend who lived in a different state. I am in Florida. He set up a bank account with both our names on it and gave me a book of blank, signed checks in case I needed money. He wired 82k into my account, then 42k, then 8k, then 5k. I never used the bank account but I did use a bunch of checks. He told me he loved me and wanted to take care of me. I had a good job when we met but I lost it due to his constant phone calls to my place of employment because he was insecure. He decided to get into real estate and told me he would give me 55k each year (to cover the salary I lost) if I would help him find the houses and get them fixed up for sale. (the 82k wire was to 1 1/2 year of money I lost from my job) He then wanted me to put one of the houses in my name. He wired me the 42k to buy the house I chose. The realtor told me to get a GIFT letter that stated that all the money he has given to me prior to and including the 42k was a gift with no intention of repayment.

Somehow I got roped in to hosting a friend's birthday party at my house - and she found a band who wants to play. The band doesn't have a drum set (just guitar, keyboards, and bass). I believe the dB limit is 65 after 10 pm.

In the past we have had parties with fairly loud music and minimal complaints from neighbors if we turn the bass down just a little. As it is, our house retains sound pretty well - however, a live band is going to be something different entirely.

Is there a way to reduce the noise escaping the house that we can set up and take down fairly easily?

If you think that the ground umpires will be useless then remember there are other issues like: wides, noballs bouncers sledging ball tampering counting each delivery of a bowler badlight rain etc.Remember it is not rare that we see a batsman being wrongly given out LBW orCAUGHT BEHIND.Often it changes the complexion of the game totally.

As you all know I'm 2xx married mid 20's and I don't like to brag I'm a great catch, smart, beautiful, professional and career motivated.

My hubby and I have been married almost a year although we have known each other for 15 years he's my brothers bf anyways when we graduated highs school he went to military I moved to NYC got married had a kid got divorced and moved back to my hometown all in 3 years time. Once I moved back I started dating and living life again. My current hubby proposed I said yes and later borke it off because I was dating another guy. Well when my hubby left military and started doing reserves his career took him into another direction, now he is a big time investor with an extermely rewarding career that affords me all the luxuries a girl could ever want. He has close ties to a number of celebrities and I get to live teh lifestyle of a celebrity without the paparazzi and madness. I'm six weeks and lately I've been so forgettful! I'll tell my husband the same thing twice, then he laughs when he reminds me that I JUST told him that, I'm sending in incomplete reports at work, I'll forget that I even SENT a report and start to do it again, etc. Anyone else had this experience? My friend and i would like to visit an asian destination in Feb 2008. However, i'm unsure if the New Year festivities will hike travel costs up. If i'm not wrong, next year's new yr is scheduled on 7th Feb.

Can a lot of money be made in doing this? I realize that it depends on the car and the market, but could he make a nice profit?

What are some things we should take into consideration? Obviously the amount of money to spend to fix it, but are there other, less obvious things?

I recently graduated from UT Austin with a degree in biochemistry with hopes of going to dental school. My first attempt didn't work out but I have recently been admitted to a post-bac program that has a proven track record (80% success rate) of getting students like myself into dental and medical schools. So it would take 2 yrs of that plus 4 yrs of dental school. However I currently have a great job doing finance, and also got accepted to an evening MBA program in Dallas (I applied to both schools at the same time). I'm completely torn between the two options but have to make a decision soon. Obviously a career in dentistry would be a much better decision financially, but a much harder road to complete. I just think moving away from friends and family for 6 years while accumulating debt would be tough, but the pay-off would be huge (my dentist wants me to take over his practice). Anyone out there that was in a similar position as mine, or anyone have any advice to offer? Thanks!

I am 2 yrs into a 6 yr IVA and I want out. I am a home owner and am looking to release equity in the house to get rid of this albatross and Cruella De Ville (aka IVA Supervisor...)
Can anyone give me an indication of what kind of rate I'd be paying for a remortgage in my position and also could you reccomend any good honest brokers/ companies out there that aren't sharks? Would it be worth approaching my current Mortgage provider, RBS (No missed paymnts etc) or am I likely to be blown out of the water?
