Then I said I want to help people and he was like why not be a teacher or a social worker. I dont know if its because Im a chick that he said that. Is it? I realize that he publicly accused several players of rape, but ultimately had to drop the case because the accuser later recanted. I don't understand why Nifong is being threatened with santcions however. Everyday in this country prosecutors make arrests based on initial findings and later release suspects when more evidence comes forward. Believing innocent people are guilty is part of our criminal justice system. Did he withhold evidence? Arrest someone he believed to be not guilty? Did he plant or fabricate evidence? What has he done wrong other than make a mistake in judgement?

OK, I admit that I don't know much about calculators especially the TI-84 Silver edition.

here the question

during a hurricane, a 37 foot tree breaks at the base and falls against a nearby building. The top of the tree now stands 12ft above the ground. Find the angle between the ground and the base of the tree.

OK, so I use sin to find the angle, right?

it would be sin(12/37) but when I plug the number in it gives me a very ridiculus number.
when I press sin^-1(12/37) I got the result?
why and when will press sin^-1 instead of sin?????

I rec'd the check, called Amex to verify that it was legit, cashed it and it cleared. My question is do I need to claim this as income on my taxes? I am a housewife, so not currently employed outside the home and my husband and I file jointly.
Amex was not very helpful. They just said that the check was
a refund of interest and fees and to check with my tax person.
