How old are you? Since you don't even know how to spell Amusement Park, I'm guessing that you're still a kid.
Grow up, go to college, get a business degree and then start looking for investors.

Most amusement parks are owned and operated by large corporations, not one person and a group of investors. The insurance alone on an amusement park would be almost completely untouchable for anyone other than a corporation.

First you should learn how to spell "amusement" and "investors". There is one opening near me that is supposed to cost $161 million to start out.
