It's just singing a rhythm out out. I'm assuming you're referring to the Dave Clark 5's song which was made famous in the movie "Stripes?"
"There she was just-a walkin' down the street singin' 'Do-wah-di-diddy diddy dum-diddy-do...'"
Simillar genre as the following stuff that sounds like nonsense:
bop in the bop-she-bop-she-bop
ram-a-lam-a-lam-a-ding-dong
dit-da-dit-de-da

all that stuff from early Rock&Roll

i know it's the song of cheb khaled.it's a nice song
but it means nothing. it's just to get along with the rhythm.
