Hi, I have had 2 c-seactions in the past w/ my pregnancy, before getting pregnant the first time I weight about 110lbs. After 2 pregnancy, that resulted in 2 c-seations and recently having a miscarriage, I am looking to get back into a size 7 in pants. Right now I am in a size 11/12. I work from 630am to about 6pm a day. I was thinking of joining a curves and trying to go atleast 3x's a week or walking around my development atleast 3 days a week. I have cut my portions in half & stopped the snacking. I started eating a banana in the morning for breakfast w/ a sm. glass of oj, for lunch I eat a weight watchers meal anywhere from 180 -280 cals. w/ water and for dinner I eat only a small portion of whatever we have for dinner & do not go back for seconds and drink water. Through the day if I need a snack I may grab a sm. hand full of pretzels instead of sitting down w/ the bag. What else do you think I can do? What else would really help? My body is not use to do a lot of
