I've used Hydrocortizone cream 1% (Cortaid) in the past. I've heard that repetitive use can thin out your skin, so be careful in it's frequency. However, for a spot treatment once in a while, it works great at reducing swelling and redness. Good luck!

Look, this is going to sound super nasty and EVERYONE says "Don't do it!" But...
Pop it. Seriously. Afterwards and immediately, put medicine on it or a zit creme. You can even try toothpaste or ice afterwards. In my case, this works and, contrary to popular belief, it doesn't always leave marks if handled right away. Anyhow, toothpaste does not always eliminate the redness and it definitely doesn't eliminate the zit itself.

the best thing in the world for pimples is neosporin. There is no product out there better. You probably have some in the bathroom. If you don't, get some because it really works wonders!!! Good luck, Ukiah :)

if its small, then it shall be done. since you said its big, its hard to get rid of it completely in 14 hrs. just impossible. be careful, if you force it, it may leave a permanent mark.
