Hi, I have had 2 c-seactions in the past w/ my pregnancy, before getting pregnant the first time I weight about 110lbs. After 2 pregnancy, that resulted in 2 c-seations and recently having a miscarriage, I am looking to get back into a size 7 in pants. Right now I am in a size 11/12. I work from 630am to about 6pm a day. I was thinking of joining a curves and trying to go atleast 3x's a week or walking around my development atleast 3 days a week. I have cut my portions in half & stopped the snacking. I started eating a banana in the morning for breakfast w/ a sm. glass of oj, for lunch I eat a weight watchers meal anywhere from 180 -280 cals. w/ water and for dinner I eat only a small portion of whatever we have for dinner & do not go back for seconds and drink water. Through the day if I need a snack I may grab a sm. hand full of pretzels instead of sitting down w/ the bag. What else do you think I can do? What else would really help? My body is not use to do a lot of

Congratulations on making a solid attempt at this. Exercising is how you will really lose the weight. You'll burn calories during activity, and the muscle you gain along with your boosted metabolism will burn more calories when you are resting. Though you may not be reading to run a marathon, perhaps even a continuous mile, you'll get as fit as you want to be if you keep at it. Exercise is not comfortable when you first start out, so if you can make it a few weeks, with small increases in duration, frequency, or intensity, you'll see results. Just make sure you start slow and build gradually, you don't want to hurt yourself.

I would recommend not snacking on pretzels though. They are full of empty calories and they aren't nearly as healthful as most people think. Try half of a peanut butter sandwich or a handful of almonds. These contain protein and other nutrients that are great for your body and help maintain a feeling of fullness, they're also low in fat. As far as dinners are concerned, what do you eat? Is it high in fat or empty calories? Do you use a lot of dressings, sauces, or cheese? If you do, try to limit your intake of these and try low fat options.

The best thing you can do for yourself is be consistent. You've made great steps thus far, just be sure to keep it up. You'll feel really good when you start noticing the results. Good luck!

Work your way into the exercise gradually, but eventually if you want to see results you'll have to crank up the intensity. When you get to the point where you're tired, sore, wanting to puke, and you just want to quit... you're halfway done your workout. It should hurt a little... that's the reality of it. If you just walk and exercise lightly for months on end... it won't help. Losing weight permanently takes a lot of work, and a lot of sweat. Also, increase your breakfast size. That's your daily energy. If you can find a personal trainer to go over the finer details with you, I'd recommend it.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Continue what you are doing with your eating habits, but cut out the pretzels. They have salt in them which helps to retain water and add water weight.
Add some cardio to exercise. Walk at least 30 minutes a day.

Good luck. :)

Size eight turn flops are compatible me flawlessly, in the event that they had been 7 they might be too small or my ft might cross over lol. BTW, I overlooked the "ladies" side, so you may also decide upon to ignore my remark
