They say something like "that caaah is wicked pissa". It sounds like they are saying something positive about the car, not that it sucks.

It basically means 'cool' or 'awesome'.

So if someone said "that's wicked pissa" that'd be "that's so cool/awesome"

From the old English “pisser” meaning something very unpleasant or painful. Local Massachusetts accent caused the “r” to be dropped and slang usage caused the meaning to be reversed, creating the word pissa.
An interesting development is that the Massachusetts accent also adds “r’s” to the end of words where they don’t belong. Consequently, people have started once again to say pisser.

wicked — 'very'; alternatively, 'wicked' may also indicate approval or become a universal descriptor, e.g., "That chowdah was wicked good." Connected with this is also the word "pissah," which can be used either as an adverb or a noun meaning "great". "Pissah", while legendary Boston slang, is in reality considered vulgar (being derived from the word "piss") -- and not something true Bostonians would say in polite company.

2.Very bad.

3. Also Meaning very funny, as to piss yourself laughing.

Different translations of the bible would suggest love and charity are synonmus. Examples found in.1st Corrinthians ch. 13 vs. 1-17 illustrate this many times. I would enjoy hearing from a scholar of the languages used in those past times to clarify my understanding. The story of the "World's Poorest Philanthropist", Gilbert "Harold" Ewing II (myself) is the reason for this querry. The " act of grace", or charity, reffered to in the news interview, has posited this question and I lack the sort of education to provide any insights of true value.

Literal translation into English would most likely be "a portion of". In Australian it would be quite different, and is part of a derogatory comment like + take the pissa tervim+ Like I am doing to you now.
