I'm staying in a homeless shelter, & tomorrow, I'm getting $5,000 in backpay for financial aid. I have the option to stay in the shelter & pay $49/week for transitional housing. I'm a college student, & I struggle for transportation to school because the buses are very limited.

Should I go out & look for an apartment or buy a used car & stay in the shelter? I'm puzzled. I wish I can do both-get my own apt. & get a car, but I think I'm torn between 2 choices.

I went to groups, to find people who are parents at my kindergardners school, and found a man who was looking for young boys to molest in the Portland Metro area, he said looking for a young boy to teach the joys of m2m pleasure and to love. Well this scares me because I have 2 young boys, and live in Portland, how do I report this to yahoo?

I know someone that is on parole on drug related issues and they have an IRS audit that they just received from their taxes last year. They claimed someone elses children and gave that person money when the check came in. Now they do not have any proof of supported these childred financially. What will happen???

I was recently terminated from a job in a private school. I have been out of college longer than the other first-year English teacher, and have more education experience than she does due to student teaching. I was told I was "not a good fit for the school" and that I "made some mistakes". Obviously, though, most teachers do in their first year, and my counterpart was no exception. Yet she was retained and I was not. She is white, while I am black. A Hispanic teacher and I were the only two not to have our contracts renewed. Is this a situation where I might be able to pursue a racial discrimination case? Please note that I am not looking for money as much as justice. Thank you!

92 ford rangers starter went out(ran fine before this)we replaced it and it starts and runs but the starter won't disengage just grinds.(changed 4 times then got one at NAPA and all do the same,flywheel is 2 years old and appears fine and also changed the cylinoid so last resort is ignition switch?

if the time signature is 4/4, the quarter note equals to 1 beat, whole note gets 4, and half notes get 2.. e.t.c.
If the signature is 6/8, the eight note equals to one but what do the other notes equal to? Like the quarter note, sixteenth note, half note.. dotted notes

I drive a stick (obviously) and this morning I went to start my car and my clutch was "loose", like it needed to be warmed up. So I let the car warm up for about 5 minutes and press on the clutch but it still was very loose. I couldn't change gears and there haven't been any funny smells. Any suggestions on what's wrong?
