Wireless router is this normal? I thought It would be faster? Is there anything I can do to up it, or should I switch to the lesser package?

if you spent over nine years protecting yourself from the heart break of relationships because of what your ex-spouse has done to you and finially open your heart to someone only for them to do the same thing to you? I'm very confused about how to feel right now. I don't know if I should be happy, sad, or mad as hell at her. Why can't people just do all the things they say and not lead others on?

Im going to the ortho on Tuesday... and he normaly really hurts me... i asked him last time to be gentle.. and it didnt hurt that much.

But i think i mayb be getting my braces tightened this time... as ive had them on for about 7 months now and havent had them tightened.

People say this hurts the first time you get them tightened and he hurts at the best of times!!

Any advice on how i could stop it hurting? Ive got some gel to ease pain, But what about tablets? Will they help ? And how long before i go should i take them?

ok, my grandfather had heart problems but not till his 30's or 40's, my dad hasnt had any yet, although he does have high cholesterol. im 19, and i have these sharp pains in my chest, usually toward the center, maybe every few weeks, and today they went from there to my left shoulder, and then up the left side of my neck. it wasnt anything that made me drop to my knees or anything, but it deffinetly stopped me, is this a heart attack?

Can anyone give me advice on how I can overcome my sugar addiction? That's the only area in which I overeat. The only thing that has come close to helping me is hoodia and even that only stops my cravings just a little. Do any of you have any suggestions that I might try in order to stop or at least reduce my sugar cravings? Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

My daughter will be a high school senior (we are American) and she was an exchange student in Latin America and is bilingual. 4 months ago she met a "23-year-old" man on a penpal site, but, I have heard his voice and it sounds much older, and his choice of music seems more for older men (tango), and claims he is in college for Engineering, yet, he knows no English at all. He has sent one grainy photo that you can't see his face, he has no webcam, he has sent no photos any other way, yet says he has traveled to Brazil and other South American countries. My daughter is a romantic and wants to study abroad in Spain to be near him (she has not had sex yet), and she is an honor student. Is it normal not having a webcam in Spain, to still be in college at 23 and not know any English at all? Why does he not send photos, or borrow a webcam at a friend's house, and doesn't like "younger" music (raggeton, pop, rock,) She believes him but I don't. I fear for her & appreciate feedback. Help
