Stevia seeds can still be found for sale in places, although the artificial sweetener corporations are trying to ban it. Its about 20 times sweeter than sugar with no apparent tooth decay properties. etc. Dont ever use any diet drinks that have Aspartame in them coz that crap is an ant poison and turns to formaldehyde at body temps.

Try not to eat sugar and carbs for 1 week. Carbs also turn to sugar in your body. So, if you have too much carb (pastries, pastas, rice, bread, noodles, etc), your body will want more. Therefore, try not to have carbs and sweets for a week. After a week, your cravings will be gone, because your body will get use to not having sugar. When you really can't stand it, try eating fruits like grapefruits with a little honey (a small teaspoon) or mini tomotoes that has less sugar. Don't intake any artificial sugar. Hope this helps.

Yes, I am truthfully lol I ought to have lollies daily or I think bored/unsatisfied. When I should not have any sugar within the residence I pass out and get a few. Some days I simply devour lollies and no truly meals. It's potent what sugar can do to my temper.

Try eating new food that don't have a lot of sugar in them. You would be surprised at how some foods could taste so good and have less sugar.

First, drink more water. Water reduces cravings in most cases.
Second, replace your sugary foods with sweet fruits, like mangoes, honeydew melons and watermelons.
