i mean, the blatant sexualisation of female popstars to sell records is rampant these days

many of these female popstars claim to be christians

im an atheist and its fine by me

We are selling our home by owner and do not have a contract/offer yet, but would like to make a bid on a house we saw. The Realtor who has been showing us homes insists we must list our house with her (or another agent) in order for our bid to be taken seriously and in some cases, accepted. Is this true?

The story of a student in Peking, who having completed his course wandered to the temple of mysteries before he should go back to his home in the provinces. there he came upon a wall painting in an unfrequented corridor, a troop of goddesses gathering hyacinths in a meadow; but one of the goddesses was younger than the rest, for her hair was still low on her neck, and looking upon her, this student loved her. He knelt before the painting for a long time, perhaps passing into a trance. For it seemed to him that the youngest of the goddesses stepped out of the wall painting and down the corridor and through the courtyard to her own chamber. The student followed her, and had bur knelt at her feet to crave her kindness when there came a trampling of feet upon the stone. Terrified, she hid him behind a screen, and a great god in armor with a black lacquer face came through the door. He questioned, she protested; at last, he went ill satisfied, taking the youngest of the goddesses with him.

I come from what I thought was a happy family. That is, until we recently found out that my mom had been having an affair at work. No wonder she hadn't been coming home from 'work' until 9 at night. No wonder she spent so many weekends taking care of her sick mother. Apparently, it wasn't her first affair, either. As a wife of my father for 21 years, and the mother of four, this came as quite a shock. My poor dad had to find out when a slew of nasty emails from her lover were found on the home computer.
Not only that, but the emails revealed that my mom and this guy were planning on buying a house and leaving this summer. She even cashed in her 401 K so the courts would give her my dads. It is all a huge mess.
I have not spoken to her since the ordeal. She has contacted me leaving voicemails that range from being nice to saying that she wish I wasnt born.. and so on. I guess my question is, I know forgiveness is the right way, but what do you do if you have no desire to reconnect?

How do you use *60?
Do you have to call the no#, then*60,
or wait for then to call and hang up, you pick up and hit *60?
It's a long distance number one from FL. the other in AZ. I live in NC.
it's on my landline not my cell phone.
I don' want to change my number.

My husband and i am getting a divorce. He has been living out in townhome while i stayed in a house and we have been paying for the mortgage of our house and the rent of his townhome for the last one year.
Now that we are finalizing the divorce, my husband wants to buy a new house and wants to take no further responsibility for the mortgage or the selling the house outside.
How would judge rule this situation ?

My son has been written up and suspended from the bus twice this year. He does not stay in his seat, and fools around constantly. He KNOWS the rules...knows how he is supposed to behave and has proven it more times than not, but when he acts up, he acts horribly. He does not act like this at home because he knows that we will punish him. His father and I both think it MAY be because we are expecting our second child.. (just over 7 years apart when baby is born) and that our son is somewhat jealous of that. He has also attached himself to a little girl on the bus and is very jealous if/when she sits with someone else. He acts out by yelling, screaming, trying to hit the other child..etc...I'm at my wits end, and in the mornings...we have a little "pump up"....."lets have a real good day, let's make good choices...and so on.. One day he's an angel and the next...he's just out of control. The bus driver and I have tried seatbelts...assigned seats...everything. Any advice NOT criticism??

Is it just me, or do others also still find it amazing that in a religious section, with 500 questions every hour about very tough subjects, that we still can find an amazing amount of genuine questions, honest questions, funny questions, thoughful questions, thought-provocing questions and friendly questions?

Between all those questions I sometimes see a question that might offend others, I laugh and move on. And every hour I see at least 5 people asking why everybody is so mean to eachother. Why? Is it human nature to focus on the negative?
