My ex placed a temp restraing order on me, and on the papers the judge signed says no order on custody what does that mean? Is it just that no matter the outcome he cant get full custody of my children ? Is their any way to get this dismissed? Will it effect a child custody case coming up?

Our systems guy has resigned. I need to insure that he leaves all information back related to the company. Since we are yet to have our policies in place, what precautions shall I take to take a proper handover from him.
- Passwords, Usernames. Admin/others NT
- Broadband router username/passwords
- VPN username/passwords

Do I need to scan all files if he has removes/protected ?

There are lots of questions posted about the Bible account of the Creation, and Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
I often feel like giving the world the benefit of my wisdom, but the answers section always contains dozens of platitudes, mundane comments, and self-rightious waffle.

Where do you get all this rubbish? Do you get it from School - from your Church - from gossip in the Pub - from your social worker - from your younger brother?

Haven't any of you read a novel that had a meaningful effect on your life? Whether or not you believe that the Bible is the word of God is a matter of your faith and that is entirely up to you, but does that have to make it factually correct?

Please start thinking about it, and the first person to tell me why the stories of Adam and Eve and their family feature so prominantly gets 10 points

Some strange thing is happening with my brother. He is 2 years elder to me, and normally at home on weakends. About a month back accidently both of us have seen our parents in sex action. Since then he hug me in such a way that my breast touches his chest, and I noticed twice his hardened tool touching me during hug. What should I do. says he wants me to call him but he never calls me? he always promises to call but never does. then whenever i call he tells me to call him again. example " call me tomarow ok ill be around tomarow " . i even went so far as to ask " you never call me, i dont want to bug you - how do i know you want me to call ?" and he was like " Yeah call me ! " b ut he always says he will call me but HE never does. what does this mean?

Several leading global warming studies rely on the measured growth of trees for the last 1,000 years by inspecting the rings of the tree from year to year to estimate previous temperatures.

How can we use tree rings to predict a global average temperature when trees largely don't grow in the winter?

Wouldn't this mean that we tried to predict the temperature using only the data from the seasons of the year that the Tree grew?

Should we leave 1/4 of a year out of the previous estimations for an average temperature?

What other factors influence tree growth besides just the temperature and how to we account for them?
