says he wants me to call him but he never calls me? he always promises to call but never does. then whenever i call he tells me to call him again. example " call me tomarow ok ill be around tomarow " . i even went so far as to ask " you never call me, i dont want to bug you - how do i know you want me to call ?" and he was like " Yeah call me ! " b ut he always says he will call me but HE never does. what does this mean?

Ready really simple....you tell him that if talking to you was so important than he'd call you once in a while, you don't mind calling him but he's a big boy and a phone works two ways and if he doesn't like that then here's what you do, find yourself a real man.

Don't call him again. He seems to have a gf. Stop calling him. You should have done this earlier. Stop calling him and don't tell him that you are going to. Just do it.

he likes the attention. here is what you do...don't call him anymore! if he really wants to have any kind of a relationship with you or conversation he will call you. just move on with your life and forget he existed.
