This question has something do do with Newton's 1st Law, Inertia, but why doesn't she fly back and hit the back of the shuttle when she lets go?

I think that a very cool way to explore the phenomena associated with the properties of magnetic fields is to utilize a gel that can be 'impregnated' by the same techniques that magnetic tape utilizes. Think about it, picture it, and then if you have any ideas about such a feat, let me know.
These are ideas that came to me about 8-10 years ago when digital was basically leaving analog in the dust. I'm a musician and I know from an artistic standpoint, in anything, that there is a huge sacrifice going on with the world of digital. If you don't see it you are obviously not aware of how absolutely amazing the wonders of electronics can be. Has been.
While I preeched at my younger brother about sine waves he used to say things like, " Man, you don't see where it's headed do you?. When the sampling rate gets to X point, you wan't be able to hear any difference..."
Oh brother, how wrong you are! Digital has no phenomenas. I loved my first Marshall amp melting down..THAT'S ANALOG

I live in Rockford, Illinois. I've never seen an insect that looked like this before. I thought it was a dandelion seed blowing in the wind. I caught it on my hand and felt little insect feet crawling on me. It flew off and I caught it again, and noticed it had wings hidden in it's cottony looking body. Does anyone know what this is?

my dad died in 2003 from ORAL/TONGUE/THROAT/ cancer. It also spread to his arteries. He was only 46 yrs old. I was 23 at the time. My sympathies to anyone who's in the same boat as me.

I don't think all illegal immigrants are criminals, so don't give me that. I DO think that one problem with illegal immigration is that it brings with it an ELEMENT of people we would NEVER let in legally and brings across crime of a nature common in Mexico and uncommon here. One huge problem I have with the current proposal is that it would legalize people who have two misdemeanors or two DUIs or a regular old felony (not an aggravated felony.) And gang members will be legalized on day two along with all of those people if they just say they will quit gangs. And those are convictions, people, and we all know how convictions tend to be plea bargained down.

Almost all of the Christ story--virgin birth, ressurection after three days, son of god/is god, communion, etc--is found in other religions, be it the story of Krishna, Horus, Osiris, Dionysious, Mithra, etc. Doesn't it make sense that Christianity evolved from these earlier traditions? You could say that the devil planted those stories ahead of time to fake prohpecy (which was the early church explanation). But you have to believe that inspite of evidence, not because of it. Or that the will of god is written on the heart of men, so it is natural to presume that the christ story will pop up in different cultures using different wording. But how do you explain the religions of the Incas and Aztecs which are based on animism? Don't the atheists have the best and simplest explanation by looking at religion comparatively and seeing how they all relate to one another and evolve from each other?

How does a landlord accept tenant application? Does a landlord want user to just submit application directly and screen them later ? or does a landlord want to screen(non-formal, not credit report/background check) the tenant first before accepting application

Wouldn't the landlord want to accept as many application as possible?
