this is more detailed. first go to orebourgh city. then north of the pokemon center you see some kind of musuem. talk to the guy in right inside the counter and he will revive your fossil. then just go outside and go back inside and he will have the pokemon from the fossil and he can only give it to you if you have a free space and the pokemon will be level 20.

Fly to Oreburgh City. Enter the Museum (the big building behind the pokecenter). Walk up to the counter and they guy will ask you for a fossil.

you need to go to oreburgh city.go to the oreburgh mining museum(whiych is behind the pokemon centre)go in side.you will see a scientist whitch is in the counter u have to leave spaces for your pokemon from the fossils.talk to him he will say go out side (you need to) then go back in then talk back to him he will give you the pokemon!!
