I am Hindu but I'd hate to see Buddhism die out.

I'm an atheist but I'd hate to see Buddhism die out too. They've got some good ideas, and I especially like the Dalai Lama's views on the conflict between religious dogma and observed phenomena.

Well Buddhism is the easy answer for me... but I also hate to see what look like the death of secular humanism over the last couple decades. I'm not sure if it's a "religion" per se, but I'd be hard pressed to think of a religious-type movement that's done more good for humanity than secular humanism.

I think eventually they're all die (in name) and new ones come alive (apparently), the interesting part is they might have different names or rituals but the essence will remain.
Hinduism is a very complex religion and encompasses different levels of awareness (you can find other basic religions within) and I'd hate to see it dying.
and I am still agnostic!

I'd pretty much hate to see them all die out, believe it or not. Religions can become weapons and excuses to make others miserable, I know that well. But at their best, they give individual lives meaning and contribute to cultures.

I'm an atheist.
Personally I'd hate to see Paganism die out, I actually like their belief system a lot.
But, in a weird way I'd hate to see Christianity die out, because I honestly have the feelings there is a group of Christians who simply would be devastated without their faith. Not all of them, but there is a part of the Christians that would lose their minds if Jesus was proven to be false.

They are very holy and good people, but I just wish their fighting would stop.
