I walk 50-60minutes four times a week, but don't have time for much more exercise. What can I do? I'm 32 years old, I've lost about 12 lbs watching what I eat and walking (since January), but don't follow a strict diet. I have 10lbs to go and five weeks until I have to go on a buisiness trip I'd like to be fit for.
HELP!

She is large (a size 20) and refuses to wear a dress. She fights with me about not looking good in anything, it seems like she doesn't even want to try to look for anything.

She said that she won't wear what I think would be cute (empire-waist dress) because it looks like a maternity dress...but does she have any other choice of something looking good on her?

I have no idea how to dress a large body... i'm a size 4. What in the heck will look good on her???

im starting off benching, im 14 and i started off doing about 15 lbs per side. I know its weak but im building. Just wondering, about how long should i wait before i move up weights? and how much should i move up? I know the maxing out thing works. But is there a way to adjust myself quicker?

assume i'm in space and staying motionless, is it possible to get myself moving just by swinging my arm forward really hard? because i'm sitting on my bed right now and try to do so and it seems my body does go back alittle.

I answered a question yesterday in which the asker thought it was Elvis. This sparked a huge discussion in my household. We came up with Madonna. She is internationally famous. Everything she records turns to gold. Her shows are awesome. She dances. She writes her own music. She has acted in movies (just like EP). She has written books for adults and has recently become a childrens book author. We think she is the best because she keeps reinventing herself. She is contraversial and yet entirely drug free! (Can't say that for EP). Just curious what others think about this.
P.S. We also think John Lennon could give EP a run for his money. I answered Ozzy because he is my favorite. For many of the same reasons I would chose Madonna.

I am 14 years old, 5'6", 115 pounds, size 1 or 3 jeans with 34" inseam, 34A bra. My measurements are 34-25-35. I am wondering if guys dislike the fact that I have a small butt and chest. I do have a butt but it is pretty small and doesn't stick out much. I do have curves somewhat but sometimes I feel like I have the body of a 12-year-old boy. Guys does this gross you out?

I have tried several way's of growing herbs now in my garden. None of which I have been very successful in yet. Can any one who is an herb lover tell me what I must do to successfully grew herbs? For any wise idea , I'll be happy. Sofar, I am only lucky with Chives and Rosmary.

1)if i ask you "if God does exist,why didn't he miraculously save a child who met with an accident and died,what would you say?

2)and yet,i have seen SO many instances of say,for e.g.a little child had a heart problem and she miraculously got well,her parents say "thank you God....it was a miracle from God" etc...

how come he worked miracles for one child but not another?
