I am not sure how Mears will develop, but I hope he turns out to be a good sign for Hendrick. Here is what I do not get... if Hendrick wants to sign Jr (not sure if they want to or not), then I would tell Kyle "happy trails bud." Kyle crashes more cars than anyone out there! It seems like every race he is banging it up just because he cant learn things. Kyle has been with Hendrick for I dont know how long but he only has 4 wins! I just think its time for him to go somewhere else... What do all of you Hendrick fans think? Or Hendrick haters think? How about an even trade... Jr, for Ky!

Ky may have potential, but thats just another way of saying "you have not done anything for me yet."

I have a friend who I have known for the past 18 years on and off and we get on well, he has always been a bit moany and groany and he has flash ideas about travelling and getting jobs abroad of which I have no interest. These past few years we have come to rely on each other, we are both 25. For the past 4 months I have been going out with someone (my first girlfriend), he has never had one so far and all I get is do you want to go travelling, my life is so s**t, what should I do? when he knows I want to move out with my girlfriend in October. Lately me and my girlfriend have had some disagreements and the first thing he said was you should do what you want most of the time and that I shouldn't settle for second best and he has also been calling me "Norbit" and saying that I should stand up for myself when I know in the back of his mind all he wants is his drinking buddy back and he puts me down and says things like I shouldn't be bossed around

My whole pregnancy I used my 7 year olds stretch marks. I am 37 weeks tomorrow and yesterday morning I woke up with new ones. My skin stretched so much that it was like a sunburn... my whole stomach and legs were red and warm to touch. They are sore and SO itchy. And so dry. I used baby oil and lotion. Help settle a debate now with a friend. She (age 29) has right at 100K in her 401K, and for reasons that don’t matter to the debate were guessing if she cashed out her entire 401K, it would leave her with about 70K. The basis for this is her understanding of how the full withdrawal works. She reads her company would keep 20% for federal tax, and you have the 10% early withdrawal.

I am telling her it would be more than that amount. I estimate her salary would put her above a 20% federal taxes hit, and was thinking it was more like 24%, and the state of IL would hit her for an additional 8% in taxes. I estimated she would be looking more at 58K after all was said and done with.

I also understand her company locks her out of the 401K plan for a full year. It is obviously a big mistake to totally drain her 401, but who is closer to the correct ‘end’ amount, after ALL taxes and penalties?

im pretty sure i have a yeast infection, but i really dont want to go to the doctors because then my mom will most likely find out and then she will of course assume im having sex with 16 guys, which im not.
