I called my service provider for my internet and they have outsource their customer service in India and Philippines. I just got off the phone w/ an Indian operator and our conversation went for almost an hour because he's manner of speaking is totally incomprihensible. Not that I dont appreciate the fact that he helped me solved my issue but I spoke before w/ an operator from Manila Philippines and I can say, they can converse better and speak better than Indians.

well, usually when I change the volume and/or the brightness on my Laptop, this small thing pops up showing the volume and/or brightness meter, recently this has dissappeared and doesn't show up anymore, now to see the volume level i need to bring my mouse into the taskbar and to see the brightnesss i need to open up display settings, Can't anyone help bring my thing that pops up back?!

I know it's a bit late. But she isn't having a party or anything, so I still have the rest of the day to get it. She is 14 today. She has cats & dogs, she babysits her niece a lot. We've been friends for 9 years. She tried scrapbooking but gave up. She likes to read romance books & stuff. She likes rainy days. She knits, sews, and is a christian. That's about all I can describe!

It's a real life story. The story line is :As being a teenager, I face lots of internal problem that’s leads me to depression. I become depressed when I’m being bullied by my classmates, when my grades go down and things goes the way I don’t want it to go. I see lots of my friends face the same kind of problem and become depressed. So, I want to develop this idea to a digital story which I think will help other teenagers who face the same problems. The main character of this story is a boy who becomes depressed due to some internal and daily life problem. When he become depressed, he started to think that there is no one who can help him to get rid of it. He is worried about his future because his grades are going down. He started to taking drugs and even think about committing suicide. He climax happens when he hears a song that talks about depression and encourages a man to get rid of it. I have had a Gateway 2000, Windows 95 computer for quite some time now. It's been through a lot, and even survived the Chernobyl (CIH.WIN95) virus, though not by much as it has 16 bit color and no sound. I can't bring myself to get rid of it, even despite it's maximum internet usage of 50/60hz. It was my first baby! Lol. What are some interesting things I can do with it? I want to restore the bios, but I know there really isn't much that can be done to it "advance"-wise. It's such a nice simple model, I'd love to mess around with the options.
