It's cruel at any time. Why do people assume it's not going to hurt them because they're very young???

It's not only cruel, it's a chargeable offense known as Animal Cruelty. Problem is, most people don't get jail time for the offense. Time people start getting involved with making it a felony for animal cruelty.

Absolutely it is cruel. It is just more than cruel it is inhuman.
It is done by non-caring humans who could care less about the animal.
