Just curious. When did you get it and when did you apply for it?? I have been told it takes two months, maybe a little longer

It depends on whether you have it "expidited" or not. Expidited costs $100 more and it will take two weeks to get it back. Non-expitied will take up to 10 weeks. My hubby just went two weeks ago to get his started and this is the information that he gave him. He did not have it expidited because of the cost and because he really did not need it very soon. He has to have one for his job because of some new TSA (Transportation Safetly Agency) requirements for inter-state travel.

It does take about six weeks to come in the mail but you can have it expedited for an additional fee. With expedited service I think you can get it in less than a week.
