I know it's a bit late. But she isn't having a party or anything, so I still have the rest of the day to get it. She is 14 today. She has cats & dogs, she babysits her niece a lot. We've been friends for 9 years. She tried scrapbooking but gave up. She likes to read romance books & stuff. She likes rainy days. She knits, sews, and is a christian. That's about all I can describe!
Got any ideas?

How about a new cd or a new cool t-shirt. My daughter is 14 and she is always up to a new outfit. Maybe a day at the spa if you can afford it.

Tomboy? they have superb t-shirts at places like warm subject count once you're low on recommendations! in case you realize what style of stuff She's into, they have some much less costly outfits on Amazon

If you've been friends for 9 years you should give her something personal and from the heart. It would have been a great idea to scrapbook a memory book for her (next year's gift ;)

How about a lovely journal and some nice pens? You can pick this up anywhere, and even if she doesn't wind up writing in the journal, she can always sketch or use it as a notebook. You can start the journal off by writing a nice message on the first pages relating to your friendship.

How about take her to a movie,,, just the to of you or make it a day rent some movie's take her a card..... with a pretty pink call of yarn attached and eat some pizza ...... sleep over pj's .... listen to christian music.... have fun
