I am considering cashing out my 401K when I leave my company next month. I am not retirement age. I have a vested balance of $60,000 available. What are the tax penalties? I think that it is 20% right off the top and then subject to a 10% tax penalty when I file my taxes in January. Is that correct?

1. ok so im 14 going 15.i have never had a bf and there are guys that do like me but somehow i don't have any feeling for them. when they says i like you to me. all i think about is aww how cute and sweet they like me or ewwww!! there is one guy that is like me and i kinda like him,but im scared to say anything. what should i do?is it normal??


2. i don't know why guys find me interesting but im not. im just sporty and i can protect myself. im mean and i guess you can called me a tomboy. my biggest problem is why am i not like the other girls and why do guys like that. do they?

ok so i have a pretty good relationship with God. He is actually my best friend. He guides to the right choices. but anyway, on friday at lunch i asked Him if i could eat a regular meal (because i had been fasting for about 6 weeks) He said that it's my choice to make. he said do i want to eat and risk getting off path or not eat and continue to have a deep connection with Him. i chose to eat, but i promised Him i wouldn't partake in any negative or/and ungodly conversation. i sadly broke our covenant about 2-4 times that day. what do you think about my situation?

Why is it that religious music is always so soft and cheery?
why don't we have some Hard rock religious bands?

Every Wiccan band (other then Godsmack) always sings songs (although they put me in a good mood ^_^) that are too nice for my taste in music :)

I grew up listening to my dads music, and my dad, being a satanist, listened to music like "The Beast" and "666"
and ALLOT of hard rock from the age of satan (the 70's) ^_^

This may sound wierd but for some reason, my husband wakes up everymorning and throws up. And i mean every morning. It's nothing but stomach acid, and he has bad heartburn all the time. I figured it would stop after a few days, but its been 2 months! He takes prilosec OTC, and sometimes Zantac, but nothing seems to help the heartburn. What could this be caused by, and would that be causing him to throw up every morning?

It is very surprising that the ink cartridges are so expensive that they account for about 85% the cost of a new printer here in India.

I basically need black ink cartridge. Could you please guide me which printer is most economical in terms of black ink. A cartridge gives about 200 prints. Is there a printer which has very large cartridges or rather drums of inks, which could be economical for black printing? If so, please name the make and model. Thanks in advance.

I had heard from a few people that some rappers sell their souls and to me I think its the truth. The fact that most rappers only rap about well clubs sex women drugs and violence, thats doing the devils work right there. snoop dogg had wrote a book about selling his soul to the devil for riches, dmx made a song with marilyn manson in which he is talking to satan.
