As a parent I have been staying in accommodation provided by Latch for parents of children suffering with cancer.
This week I have very sadly been subjected to a most distressing and disturbing incident. I have been treated in a very cruel and biased way with no sympathy or understanding for myself as a parent. I was in the kitchen having a private phone call with my son who could not hear me so I had to raise my voice to continue the conversation. Somebody complained about this but rather than discuss this with me and produce evidence the coordinator said that I am now banned from staying at the accommodation for one week with my family. Additionally the security guards have been put on alert to ensure that during this period I do not enter the parent’s accommodation. By not providing evidence they have by their actions shown a biased against my self and my family when I am the first person to help anybody in need. I've baked cheesecake from scratch, but they sometimes come out with a split down the center. I cover the bottom of the pan with tin foil and set it in water to bake, adjusted the temp. let it cool on the counter and not remove the outer part of the spring form pan until cooled. What else can I try?
