February. There will be 3 more seasons, 16 episodes each. Lost will run for 16 straight weeks, no re-runs. They also want to move Lost to an earlier time slot so it may not be on Wednesdays any more.

February 2008 for 16 straight episodes. After that there will be 2 more seasons of 16 episodes with the show's conclusion in 2010.
