I am in the market for a new computer. I know NOTHING about them.

I am going back to school, so I'll need a computer that can do the basics: word-processing, spreadsheets, etc. Beyond that, I would like to be able to use the internet, maybe play a few games or manage some digital photos.

My budget is in the $800 range. I just need something basic.

I've read many comments saying that Carr didn't succeed because of a poor offensive line.

Well, if Carr is this good, he should beat Delhomme for the starting job. Now he doesn't have any excuses with a receiver like Steve Smith, a solid offensive line and an improved defense.

Also, Delhomme had injury problems and he's 32, so probably he's on the downside of his career.

Do you think Carr will silence all the critics?

The ones that have solar panels and and when night time comes they automatically turn on. How do they work? This is for a DIY project I want to try. Also how much power to solar panels generate? What size do solar panels come in? Do they come in the small size that are on solar lights? Also can you buy those solar panels and where?

I solved this radical equation: sqrt(2y+1)+7=4and got that y=4.

When I check the answer by plugging 4 back in I get:

sqrt(2*4+1)+7=4
sqrt(9) = -3
The book says this is invalid and the equation has no solutions, But can't the sqrt(9) be +3 or -3??

I am 10 weeks and 2 day's pregnant, my question to you is if the doctor see's the heart beat of the baby but doesnt here it is there something wrong? I have had 4 u/s done now and the baby's heart beat is fine he said,but we just cant here it. He wants to see me in 2 more weeks. Does this mean something could be wrong? Help please I am scared.

If you did your business by phone, would you stop all phone calls until you took care of my call? If you owned a store, would you stop all customers from coming in until I finished my shopping? Then why don't people stop to think about holding a business meeting in a restaurant that can last up to 2 hours or more? A servers station is their place of business. A lunch hour doesn't last for very long and in order to make money we must turn over a certain amount of tables. When you camp out at a table all afternoon, you are keeping that server from turning over that table and making another tip or two. If you must meet there ( instead of your place of business) and if you take up that table for 2 hours or more, why don't you think to compensate the server for the time you took away her business? I mean think about it, if you were to rent a meeting room somewhere if would cost you a hell of alot more than the five dollar tip you left her (or him).
