I am a new artist,and I wonder if the regular paper that I have used can be turn into an archival piece like acid free paper using chemicals available in the market today? I am asking this question because I want all my work of art to be archival.

No. Any application will destroy the art. That is why you are supposed to use it in the first place. You might be able to rescue some of them by mounting on acid free board - contact people who know conservation techniques.

Phosphoric acid is H3PO4 no matter what application it's seen in - it's the same combination of elements. How concentrated it is - now that's another thing!~ It determines it's use and how harmful it is to the living organism.
