Please kindly, Patiently read, bearing with me with Christ's Love. *Thank You.

Would like to share what Rom. 8:1 and
Rom. 8:5 state in the Amplified bible please:
"Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus {born again - Jn. 3:3) - for those who now live and walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the [Holy] Spirit" -
Jn. 3:18 also.
"For those who are according to the flesh are controlled by its unholy desires set their minds on and pursue those things which gratify the flesh, but those who are according to the Holy Spirit are controlled by the desires of the Holy Spirit set their minds on and seek those things which gratify the Holy Spirit."
Please patiently go along with me to Col.
3:1-3;15-17 in the Amplified bible {thank you): *"If then you have been raised with Christ [to a new life, thus sharing in His resurrection from the dead], aim at and seek the [rich eternal treasures] that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. And set your mind and keep it set on what is above [on the higher things of the Word], not on the things on earth. **'For as far as this world is concerned, you have died with Christ and your new real life is hidden with Christ Jesus with God'**" vs. 15 AND "Let the Peace from Christ rule[Act as Umpire continually] in your hearts and minds, deciding and settling with finality all questions that arise in your minds, in that peaceful stable state to which as [members
of Christ's] one body you have also been called to live. And be Thankful, giving Praise to God always. "Let the Word of God have its home in your hearts and minds
and allow it to dwell in you in all its richness
as You teach and admonish [build up and enncourage others] in all insight, intelligence, and wisdom [from God's Word]
in all spiritual things as you sing psalms, and hyms, and spiritual songs, making melody to God with/by His grace in your hearts." *And whatever you do, in thought, word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in total dependence upon His person, giving Praise to God the Father through Him."

The Word provides much better guidance than I could ever personally give.

I will share with you personally from my heart with you this: as Col 3:15 instructs us "Let God's Peace act as Umpire in our Hearts and Minds" is one of the most profound things I had to learn to humbly learn and apply in my life. God's Peace is what helps us to decide and settle with all finality any questions which may arise in our minds - and guides us continuously always in Line, in accordance with the Will {The Word) of God. The Umpire in a baseball game is the one who decides IF the ball is
"in" or "out". God's Peace {which is always in line with His Word - that is how we can check if it is really God's Peace or our own wishes) is to always be the umpire which decides if something should be in or out of our life. That Peace of God - of the Holy Spirit, which resides within you will always Guide you to make the right decisions for you in life - to receive the Best that God has to offer you. And His Peace is what dictates if we should stay away from a Philosophy of Life. *Paul, tells us [through the inspiration of The Holy Spirit] in
2 Cor. 10:4-5 that "The weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds; in as much as we refute arguements, theories {philosophys), and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the true knowledge of God [the Word of God]; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obediance of Jesus {The Word of God-Jn.1:1;14) Christ [the Messiah
the Annointed One of God]."
God speaks to us in Heb. 11:6 saying:
"Without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever comes to God must believe that He exists, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him [through His Word]." Eastern religions do not believe in "THE" Creator God of the bible. And before we can even come to God to be saved by Grace "through faith" we must believe that GOD exists.
28 years of my past belonged to Buddihsm,
to {who I believed back then was - lord buddha) and to his [teachings within the 4 noble truths & the Eight-fold Path, especially the practice of insight meditation for the purpose of achieving Nirvana);
however there were a few dedicated born again Christians who daily prayed for me: that the Holy Spirit would slowly remove the spiritual and mental cataracts from my eyes so that I would "clearly" see things as they really are -"so I would see my need for Jesus". The change first came forth by The Holy Spirit showing me that "THE" Creator God of the universe and of me -does exist.
Then He {the Holy Spirit) helped me to
"clearly see" that I was not perfect - that I was a sinner, in need of salvation which Jesus had already provided for me;
however, even though He already accomplished salvation for me and the world 2,000 yrs ago - it had to become a "reality" to me in my life. And that would only take place by Receiving Jesus as LORD {Master) and Savior of my Life.
I have now been a born again Christian [Jesus having saved my spirit, the real me] living my life for Jesus as Lord - for just over 7 years. It is very important to me to work out the salvation of my soul [mind, will and emotions] daily by meditating on the Word of God - day and night, allowing The Holy Spirit to transform my soul into the image and likeness of Jesus Christ. This is the biblical Path of Purification - that is Sanctification, which Jesus prayed for The Body of Christ - to God the Father in John 17:17 "Sanctify them [purify, consecrate, separate them for Yourself - to make them Holy] by Your Truth; Your Word [Jn. 1:1;14 -The Word of God] is Truth." - *"But just as He who called you is Holy, so be Holy in all you do, for it is written: 'Be Holy, because I AM Holy.' " God gave me these scriptures.
1 Peter 1:15-16. -this is the desire of my heart. *Paul said, "And May the God of Peace Himself Sanctify you through and through [separate you from profane things, and from the world - to make you consecrated before God;
AND may your spirit, and your soul[mind, will and emotions], and your body be preserved Holy and blameless at the Coming of our LORD Jesus Christ {the Messiah)"1 Thess. 5:23 - Amplified bible.

Thank You very much for reading this. Honestly, did not intend to give a mini sermon. And I had not intentions to instruct you with The Word as to what to do: was only sharing some things the Lord has been doing in my Life - as He guides me. *Your question was mostly a hypothetical question - I know. Thxs for patiently reading
Just wanted to share from my heart:
how much I love Jesus and His Holy Word [the bible], & how He has changed my life.

"Please Pray for me - for do not yet know much from the Word of God, as most Born Again believers do and I need to constantly grow in the Grace of God daily.
I wish to only daily decrease that Jesus and His Holy Word may increase in and through
me. *And IF there is ever anything worth Boasting about - it would only be Jesus Christ, Him crucified and the glory of His Resurrection. "Thank You for praying for me. I need your prayers."

Thanks again for listening, Christian friend.

Meditating is for the purpose of mastering the chaotic connection between your imprinted emotions and thought system. This learned ego is based on your developmental experiences related to survival. This is NOT you, or your true nature. Its "nonexistence" is necessary to remember who you are. If you don't practice being the "observer" of that learned egoic defensive system, you cannot go to the next stage of meditating or contemplating the truth, etc.

Reality is a mirror of mind - it is literally like looking into a "glass darkly" and learning about parts of the defensive ego. Contemplating the truth within begins by observing the experience of reality without that is not what you need it to be but is reflecting a hidden part of the egoic self. Then contemplating the internal physical, emotional reactions and tracing the cause of the "belief" back to its origin is the only way to apply the light of reason and change your mind, giving up that part of the ego thought system.

The truth about you is what you love, your passion and interests. But, you cannot "think on these things" if you are at the mercy of the learned (insane) ego programmed by others in your early experience of reality. Most of our beliefs are unconscious and conflicted with our true nature. Pulling them out by the roots allows the "divine" reality you long for to synchronize with the Real you.

Philippians 4 means to meditate and think about Christ Jesus because He is true, honest, just, pure, lovely, good report, virtuous and trustworthy.

God said, "Be still and know that I am God." Christ will come to you if you seek Him with all your heart. Keep your eyes on Jesus because He is the good of this world and the world to come.

Thinking on those things is meditating on them. Jesus Christ of Nazareth loves you much. So much so that he died for you. No man took his life from him because he is God. He gave it up willingly after taking a beating that no mere mortal could possibly endure. Be Blessed.

That relies upon on the place your faith is on your life. in case you have the Holy Spirit on your life and you have the notice of God, you may desire to comprehend those issues. those words are self explanatory.
